Payment Options

CUSTOMER may purchase through one of the below listed modes of payment:

• Straight Credit Card Payment (Visa or MasterCard only)
• Credit Card Installment (BDO Credit Cards only)
  • Customer must visit our store to avail of this payment option
  • Minimum purchase amount of Php 3,000
• GCash
• BillEase installment
• Online Banking (BDO, BPI, Security Bank or Metro Bank)
• Over the counter payments (BDO, BPI, Security Bank or Metro Bank)

TECH PARTNER PH shall only acknowledge payments upon acceptance of your order. TECH PARTNER PH reserves the right to impose additional charges and terms depending on the chosen mode of payment at its discretion. TECH PARTNER PH reserves the right to change the mode of payment at any point in time.

Depending on the mode of payment, CUSTOMER agrees to the user agreement of the chosen payment method and cannot hold TECH PARTNER PH liable for any failure, disruption or error caused by the service provider of the chosen payment method.

TECH PARTNER PH reserves the right to cancel or hold the delivery of the product without prejudice to any other right or remedy in case the CUSTOMER fails to pay in accordance to the terms and conditions of the chosen payment method/s.

Delivery & Shipping

TECH PARTNER PH shall have the items delivered to the specified address of the customer as indicated upon checkout using our partner couriers. Delivery fees and charges shall be shouldered by the CUSTOMER and shall be indicated upon checkout. Any changes in the delivery address shall be final and cannot be changed unless TECH PARTNER PH expressly agrees in writing. Delivery shall only be made upon confirmation of the payment by the CUSTOMER.

Delivery of the product is subject to the availability of the product/s as well as possible delays that may occur due to any unforeseen circumstances. CUSTOMER acknowledges that the delivery period stated is a mere estimate and cannot hold TECH PARTNER PH liable if the delivery date is adjusted.  CUSTOMER agrees that the time for the delivery is not essential to the sales contract and that CUSTOMER cannot hold TECH PARTNER PH liable for any delays in the time of delivery.

TECH PARTNER PH reserves the right to terminate the sales contract without waiving any of its rights or remedies should the delivery fail due to the fault or negligence of the CUSTOMER.

TECH PARTNER PH reserves the right to opt for store pickups for items that cannot be delivered by our partner couriers and shall not be charged for any costs incurred by the CUSTOMER for the pickup in which no delivery charges will be incurred.

Warranty Policy

WARRANTY. The warranty for all sold PRODUCTS shall be identified by TECH PARTNER PH with the exemption of any applicable mandatory law, the stated warranties shall exclude and shall be in lieu of all other warranties, reliefs, or work-around, whether explicit or implied, statutory or otherwise. More details of the warranty can be seen below:

WARRANTY DURATION. Warranty duration is strictly five (5) days for unit replacement in case of hardware factory defects subject to technical assessment of TECH PARTNER PH.

WARRANTY SCOPE. Warranty does not include PRODUCTS with water damage regardless if the unit is water-resistant or water-proof, scratches, dead pixels, physical damage, software modifications, jailbreak and tampered units. The warranty shall only cover the same item which was purchased from TECH PARTNER PH wherein CUSTOMER cannot make alterations in terms of the model, color and other specifications of the PRODUCT.

MANUFACTURER WARRANTY. Parts and service warranty shall be claimed directly from the authorized service center of the product, not from TECH PARTNER PH wherein the duration of the service shall be dictated by the authorized service center.

SERVICE WARRANTY. Labor charges are free. CUSTOMER shall shoulder the cost of parts replacement if needed. Warranty will be voided by TECH PARTNER PH if the defective PRODUCT was tampered and/or repaired by third-party service center and TECH PARTNER PH will not be liable for the damage done by the third party service center.

We are committed to ensure that your privacy is protected at all times for the main purpose of understanding and providing our customers with superb customer service. Terms of Use

1. Use of Services

1.1. Seller allows you, the Customer, to access its Website/ Online Store and to use the Services subject to the following conditions:

(a) you confirm that you are eighteen (18) years old or above and capable of giving consent to a contract;
(b) you confirm that you agree to TECH PARTNER’S Privacy Policy and any amendment
(c) you confirm that you agree to these Terms of Use and any amendment
(d) you confirm that you will access the Website/ Online Store and use the Services in good faith, for a lawful purpose, and in a lawful manner;
(e) you confirm that you agree that your purchase of any Product through the Website/ Online Store shall be governed by the Terms and Conditions and any amendment
(f) you confirm that you will provide the Online Store with correct, complete, and up to date information only relative to your Order;
(g) you confirm that the Online Store or any other online store has not denied, suspended, or disallowed you to access or use its services; and,

1.2. Indemnity. You agree that you will defend and indemnify Seller against any and all claims that relate to (a) your access to the Online Store or use of the Services, (b) your breach of any of your representation or warranty in these Terms of Use or the referenced Terms of Sale and the Privacy Policy, (c) your breach of any term of these Terms of Use or the referenced Terms of Sale and the Privacy Policy, and (d) your breach of any law.

1.3. Assumption of Risk. Seller provides the Online Store and the Services without any representation or any warranty as to its content, nature, condition, or performance. You agree that you will assume the risk for your access or use of the Online Store and the Services. You confirm that you will not hold Seller liable for any error, delay, service interruption, security breach or leak, or any other fault or defect relative to access or use of the foregoing, or for any loss or damage caused.

1.4. Availability. Seller reserves the right to deny, suspend, or disallow access or use of its services to the general public or to an individual at its sole discretion and without any notice.
